Siveco Romania has shown continued commitment and investment in development and migration of applications to Microsoft Platform while proactively searching for new opportunities in relation to strategic directions of Microsoft. They therefor provided an example for jointly selling with Microsoft in external markets.
Siveco Romania embraced cloud value proposition and migrated a highly visible application (ADLic) to Azure platform, which annually publishes the results for high school admission tests. They allocated resources and worked jointly with Microsoft teams to make the application ready to use Azure for this year tests. Siveco further developed and presented education solutions for Microsoft Surface 1.0 in international fairs. Now Siveco Romania has already agreed with Samsung and Microsoft representatives to have access to Surface  2.0 and to execute a pilot project for the Romanian Ministry of Education. From February 1st to 28th 2011, the 17th Population and Housing Census was conducted in Bulgaria. The goal of the census was to collect full, exact, and adequate information about the condition of the population, economy, and society. This is the first time when an Internet based census is applied. The total number of persons enumerated by Internet is 3,100,023 which represents 41.2% of the total number of persons living in Bulgaria. Savings for the Bulgarian government are estimated on 3 million euro. From the technology point of view the solution provided: shortest development time, very good integration between different parts of the system and system modules, a modern architecture, high performance and scalability, very high level of security of the personal data that is collected during the work of the system and low cost. Delta Informatika (Hungary)
