2. Making Changes to your Registration
You may review and make changes to your registration information by visiting the Registration Page. Once you have logged in you may:
  • Edit or cancel your registration
  • View and print your current confirmation information
  • Create or edit hotel reservations
  • View and print a copy of your current invoice or receipt
3. Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
All registration cancellations and downgrades to pass type must be received online or in writing via email to wwpartnerconference@microsoft.crgevents.com by the dates and times listed below.
  • All Access Conference Pass
    • Prior to May 20, 2014 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time: Full refund minus $300 USD processing fee
    • On or after May 21, 2014: No refund
  • Day Passes and The Commons Expo Only Day Passes: Passes are non-refundable.
  • Guest Evening Event Passes: A refund will be issued for cancelled evening event passes, unless the registrant has already checked into the conference, at which point no refund will be issued.
  • No refunds for any reason will be issued after September 14, 2014.
  • Passes cannot be shared or used by anyone other than the person on the registration; name badges used by anyone other than the actual registrant may be revoked without refund.
Substitutions:
Name change substitutions are allowed for all pass types for the same registration fee. Substitutions (pre-event and onsite) must follow the process below, or the new registrant is subject to paying the current registration fee.
    • The substituting attendee must be from the same company. The original attendee should not cancel the registration.
    • The original attendee must sign in to the active registration account. Select the Substitution option and follow the instructions. The Registration Team will email the new attendee instructions to complete the substitution.
    • The Registration Team will facilitate the transfer of hotel reservations through 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, June 24, 2014. Substitutions requested after 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 require the attendee to contact the hotel directly with reservation changes and cancellations.
    • The registrant is responsible for canceling or changing travel reservations.
4. Partner Up for the WPC Discount
When four (4) or more attendees purchase the WPC 2014 Partner All Access conference pass, Microsoft will provide a US $200.00 refund off the fourth (4th) through the tenth (10th) registrants' registration fee.
  • Registrants paying the all access pre-registration fees or above are eligible (i.e. anyone who has paid US $1,595.00 or above)
  • A company can receive no more than seven (7) total discounts
  • Refunds will be processed based on the MPN Partner ID associated with the registration. Partner IDs cannot be added or updated after July 13, 2014. Registrants from different companies using the same Partner ID are not eligible for the discount.
  • Cancelled registrations do not count towards this discount.
  • This refund cannot be combined with any other discounted registration fees (price points lower than US $1,595.00), cannot be applied to day/expo only day passes, and does not apply to sponsor or exhibitor codes.
  • Refunds are provided post event via the same method of payment used. Refunds will be provided to individuals based on the date registered. No refunds for any reason will be issued after September 14, 2014.
Each person that registers MUST provide a matching valid MPN ID. This allows confirmation and matching. Without a matching valid MPN ID, a refund cannot be provided.
5. New! Registration Payment Plans
With small businesses in mind, we’re now offering payment plans to make registering your attendees for WPC even easier!
  • Payment plans require an initial payment of US $1,000 to confirm your registration.
  • Your remaining balance can be paid in installments of $500, until the remaining balance due is less than $500.
  • Payment plans must be requested by April 24 in order to secure the current All Access Pass price point.
Payment is due in full by June 4, 2014. Registration fees not received in full by June 4, 2014 are subject to the next appropriate All Access Pass price point.
6. Registration Codes
Registration codes are used to ensure registrants see certain questions and pages during the online registration process or provide registrants with different price points. If you believe you require a code, contact your Microsoft representative or account manager.
  • Are registration codes required?
    A registration code is not required. If you have a registration code, you will be prompted to enter the code at the beginning of the registration process. If you do not have a registration code, choose the option to "Register without a code."
  • I have a registration code but would like more information on what it provides.
    Send an email to wwpartnerconference@microsoft.crgevents.com if you need information on the price point attached to your registration code.
  • My registration code is not working, or I forgot to ender my registration code.
    Email your name, contact information, and the code to the WPC Registration Team. The registration team will contact you within one (1) business day.
  • I need to change the registration code listed on my account.
    Email your name, contact information, and the following information to the WPC Registration Team. The registration team will contact you within one (1) business day.
    • Your name and contact information
    • What code are you using now?
    • What code would you like to use?
    • Have you already entered your code into a partial or completed registration? 

7.   Business Travel Support/Visa Invitation Letters

To receive a business travel support letter, you must have an approved WPC 2014 registration and have paid in full (if applicable). To request a letter, download and complete the Visa questionnaire form which is available via links on your Registration Summary page, and your registration confirmation email.

You can also email your request for a business travel support letter to the registration team at wwpartnerconference@microsoft.crgevents.com. They will provide you with the questionnaire form which you will need to fill out and return to the registration team.

Business Travel Support letters may take up to 5-10 business days to process. Plan your Visa interviews accordingly.

Business Travel Support Letters for Guests
The WPC registration team will provide a Business Travel Support letter to guests of registered WPC attendees only if a paid Guest Pass is included within the attendee's registration record.

Business Travel Support Letters for Microsoft employees
The questionnaire is for Partner use only. If you are a Microsoft employee in need of a business travel letter, please click here to access the business travel portal. For the general form, please select “Travel TO the United States,” and then select and complete the “Business event (including conference, EBC, data center visit, MSSU)" form. Under Travel Information, select “other Microsoft conference/event” and list Worldwide Partner Conference. Please be sure to complete the questionnaire in full in order to prevent a delay in processing your letter.
