Please Note: regarding vision keynote security procedures, an attendee can expect the following when they arrive at the doors of the
Staples Center:
- Metal detector screenings at public entrances
- Visual bag checks will be conducted
(Logistics are in place to ensure prompt handling of all attendees to ensure entry for WPC keynote. Staples Center is committed to efficient processing in partnership with the WPC planning team. Staples conducts these efficient practices every day on all of their large sporting events, concerts and private events such as ours. Thank you for your cooperation.)
Please plan to arrive early enough to proceed through security when attending the WPC Vision Keynotes.
Luggage Storage at WPC (Bag Check):
For Partners leaving on Thursday, July 14th there will be a bag check for your luggage to be stored securely before you leave Los Angeles. This service will be available from 7:00 a.m. - 8 p.m. in the North Terrace Tent located outside West Hall A/Petree Hall D at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
Note: Items that are not picked up by 8:00 p.m. on Thursday will be stored at the Los Angeles Convention Center until July 16th at 5 p.m. at which time they will be donated to charity.
